Fall Training

All new and returning players are welcome to join our voluntary off-season workouts.

Wall Ball / Footwork and Pickup Hoops
Wednesdays September 14th – November 16th
7:00-8:30 PM at PHS West – Falcon Gym

Each workout will consist of a time of wall ball, followed by agility and footwork. We will then split up into teams to play pickup basketball or free-play lacrosse.

Speed Lacrosse / Learn to Play Clinics
Tuesdays and Thursdays October 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 27th
3:00-4:30 PM at PHS on the JV practice field

This will be a great opportunity for all players to come out and get some reps in. We are looking for new players to join the program and this is the chance for these new guys to learn the basics and compete in small-sided games.
