Players are welcome to join pickup games at Middletown Community Park each week through the month of July. These games are no contact and have players with a wide range of ages. It is a great opportunity to get out and get some reps in a low stress environment. Players of all levels are welcome and there is no charge to play.

PHS Lax Film Room
The most common question coaches get from players is “Hey coach, what can I do to get better?”
The simple answers are to work on your stickwork and physical conditioning – and everyone should be doing this consistently – daily if you can.
The other area I believe we need to develop, is our understanding of the game. Our Lacrosse IQ. A great tool we available to us is film. There is TONS of film available to learn from. We have created a separate Remind group for players to join (no parents please) where we will assign weekly game watches and discuss what can be learned from each one. More details are posted in that group. Players can click this link to join: https://www.remind.com/join/phslaxfilm
