The Tradition Returns
Hello PHS Boys Lacrosse alumni! It is great to be back coaching at PHS this spring and we are very excited to reconnect with all of the families that have been with the program since we started in 2003. One of our first projects is to bring back the tradition of providing a PHS Falcon Lacrosse flag to every player who enters our program. In order to support the purchase of theses flags, we are reaching out to alumni families to ask for your support in raising the necessary funds to purchase the flags for our team.

The Flag Tradition
In the late 2000’s we noticed, when driving around our community, that certain sports had ways for their players to display their Falcon pride. The one that stuck out to me most was football. All players received a helmet with their number on it to display in their yard. After speaking with our parent club, we came up with the idea of the Falcon Lacrosse Flag and in 2009 we started the tradition of providing all players in the program with a flag to hang outside their home. The goal was to create unity among the team and raise awareness of the program in the community.
Will you join us in bringing this tradition back to the 2020 team with a donation to help us purchase flags for the team? Our goal is to raise $3,000 to purchase enough flags to outfit our 2020 team and have an equal amount left to keep the tradition going for years to come. How to DonateAny amount you can give is greatly appreciated. Checks and Venmo are the best way to contribute.
